2011. Collages from sketchbook.
An assignment for a sketchbook class was to create 40 collages in a single day. Of course the project was laughed off as a joke by most of my colleagues, but I literally spent a single day making tiny collages, about 3†x 3†in size all day because I really enjoy making collages and it was a fun challenge. “Monster Island†was one of the later pages in this sketchbook when the collages finally went from bad to weird.
The Perception series of collages was also created this day.
